Top Vac Canada can vacuum out old, fire, water, or smoke damaged insulation safely, seal penetration points and refresh with new cellulose insulation. We can also apply a 100% monolithic sealed attic system using 2lb close-cell foam installed by Ecologic Spray Foam. We offer both a cost effective hybrid installation of 2" of close-cell foam with an addition of R-38 of blown insulation, or can completely seal using upwards of 4 to 5" of foam that provides greater than 100% thermal efficiency.
